Dose anyone with pots get like heart episodes where your heart races for no reason and it jumps around? Also after you have one do you get really lathargic and cant speak and stuff?
I have had a racing heart after eating certain foods. I know it may be pricey but you could be tested for allergies. Another thing.....maybe your hormones are out of whack. Just a thought. Take care.
