I have suffered with chronic pain for 18 years now and within the last year have started severely sweating when I do any exercise. Even bending over will trigger it. If I am under stress it will happen too. Nope went thru menopause over 20 years ago and had cancer of the uterus. Solved with total hysterectomy

Could this by any chance be menopause? I did a lot of on and off sweating but nothing like you are describing.
