Has Anybody Been To Scared To Start A Relationship. Because They Don't Want To Explain About Chronic Pain They Deal With. And Meds .
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I haven't been in a relationship for over three years. After separation from my ex-husband. I just scared to get into a relationship and explain my pain. And explain why I am on certain Meds. For my pain. And why I can't do certain things. Just don't feel like explaining it all. And be asked a million questions. I still work part-time. But I am exhausted after work. So really only want to go home and relax.

Being alone is worse than the most pain I have ever experienced so far...I just learned to love again and am not giving that up! I have been alone for most of my life and while there are many things to learn by yourself with some one to love it is so much easier.....so give it a shot ya never know until ya do or don't.....

Your friend in pain,

JamesJohn

@rosie-dasiem Absolutely not true. There is someone out there who is meant for you but you have to do things outside of your comfort zone to find them. Shame on your family for telling you that. I have raised two kids by myself, gotten divorced and remarried all with chronic pain in my life. Work on your self esteem, it seems your family is destroying it and try volunteering for a cause you believe in. Somewhere along the way you'll find someone who sees you in a light not diminished because you have pain. Peace, Barb
