Is medical marijuana legal in Virginia

Medical marijuana is legal in VA and recreational is legal July 1, 2021. A dispensary opened in Richmond a few months ago.

CBD oil only, just looked up a map of all the states. I live in TN, nothing legal in my state. Wish it was.
