Ive had depression and anxiety long before the chronic pain but I finally have a great husband and good job then this chronic pain starts. It feels like I can't catch a break.

Just don't let them tell you your pain is in your head.
Some may be..... but when the drunk driver hit me and I went through a windshield, thst is physical painful trauma to many parts of my body. Then reinjured several times over 35 yrs. No psych going to talk ne out of the physical pain I feel everyday. Sorry not buying it!

Yes I bought a new bed but I also think the right pillow helps allign your back

It all starts with a great support system at home but always remember as hard as this is being the one who goes throught it.it just as hard for them cause they dont walk in our shoes. But i understand feeling like everytine u feel like things are getting a little better some bas happens and we feel worse then we did before i wish i had an answer for u but what i will say u can message me anytime u want to vent
