Epidurals for Pain Management

I just had my first epidural on the 03rd. My SCS isn't cutting it fully and my surgeon does not see anything surgical @ this time. My questions are how well did they work for you & how long did last? I know it's subjective. But I feel like it really didn't do too much. It seemed helpful, but not worth all the aggravation or length of effectiveness. Thank you.

I have had a one shot N it didn’t work out for me too !!!
From the time I got it on the 4th floor to the 1st floor it hurts like hell !!! Never again will I get one!!! I am sorry about your pain, that’s why we are here!!! Take care of yourself too !!!

Same here , they make money off the shots not the prescription ,thats why they always push for shots or nerve burning injections take care and have a beautiful day

I had a shot in my right shoulder and it didn’t work !!! It only worked for about 1 minute, from the 4th floor down to the 1st floor !!! I will never 👎🏻 get one again !!! I was in horrible pain afterwards, so I will never get one again !!!
