I have been feeling a lot better physically since I have been walking more often for exercise and keeping my joints working. Also I have improved my diet for the past year and I have reduced my blood sugar levels with the Diabetes type2

Any form of exercise is great for our joints.

I try every day to eat healthy meals and I have cooked chicken drumsticks stew with lots of vegetables today and I have enough leftover for for several hearty meals

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member.hi aww children are very smart .here.too.not many when I see families going for walks.i suppose. It used to be me .I just get warm feeling seeking them happy.i love that.iv my scooter outside covered with a very thick tarpolin.its fine.weathers raining here.tomorrow also.as I were hoping to get my hope out.shes not liking rain or snow. I'm so pleased your having alai a.yey.youll love it.carol.no haven't the ramp yet takes ages .it has to be a fixed ramp.love you.enjoy spring and your garden.xxxxx💗💗♦️
