Due to other comorbid conditions I am unable to take OTC pain "relievers"but they never really worked for me anyway. I see a wonderful pain mgmt practice, but I also find that if I eat "cleanly", drink a good amount of water, and get outside and walk, I do MUCH BETTER than with the opioids alone!

Personally I have found that if I regularly get outdoors and walk about 3 to 4 kilometres most days in the fresh air and sunny weather here at Maroochdore the good endorphins are helping me to feel better 😘 and my pain levels are lower too as I only take Panadol Osteo for osteo arthritis; osteoporosis and scoliosis pain. I take 1000iu Vitamin D3 daily and Magnesium daily

Hugs from Judyxx
