My ankle and both my knees are a mess and I occasionally fall, plus I can't pick things up off the floor. Stairs are especially hard for me. Basically, I am terrified of falling. I use a walking stick or a knee scooter, but there are times I have to walk "solo" and that is when the fear kicks in. Any information you can give me is greatly appreciated.. Thank you!🀐πŸ˜₯😝

The weather is in a word 'cold'. And it is almost Xmas, normally, in Australia it is very 'hot' at this time. Glad you found my answer useful. Are you planning to have treatment for your ankles and knees? Bye, Diana

I'm sorry you have to go through that. My pain is mild compared to your's. I hope the wheel chair helps. Take care and stay warm. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜

I also fear falling, as I have a bad back, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis etc. I use a walker and a stick. I do not do stairs at all. The walker not only helps me walk, I can sit on it, and carry small parcels which is good for my back problem. Bye, Diana

Yes your balance is always off its getter to use a walker. Instead of cane. Our feet and ankles can swell and cause this problem. And also our balance gets balance. So when your walking outside to the store or even inside our house safety is more important but you can get good walks at Good Will at good prices and they can be adjusted. to your use. Be careful. is the most important thing.
