Hi CarolClontz, I tried the Plant based arnica it did soothe the stiffens in my knees though didn't last long. It's kinda of expensive for the short term relief.
Need to try Frankincense still looking for it...I am unable to take tramadol it gives me bad side-effects.
Do love tiger balm ultra works great to keep my knees cool. About the only thing that relieves my knee pain is ice though can not walk around with it all day need alternatives tiger balm is that for me.
