Members shared numerous remedies for osteoarthritis pain in feet and knees, with Voltaren gel (diclofenac) emerging as the most frequently recommended topical treatment, alongside Tiger Balm, CBD oil, BioFreeze, and arnica oil. Several members emphasized the importance of movement and stretching to prevent stiffness, hot Epsom salt soaks with lavender for relief, TENS machines for pain management, turmeric supplements for inflammation, and magnesium oil rubbed directly into affected joints. A recurring theme was the value of combining multiple approaches, from over-the-counter topicals and natural remedies to physical therapy exercises, steroid injections, and prescription pain management, with members cautioning to consult doctors before mixing treatments and sharing what worked uniquely for their own bodies.

Hi CarolClontz, I tried the Plant based arnica it did soothe the stiffens in my knees though didn't last long. It's kinda of expensive for the short term relief.
Need to try Frankincense still looking for it...I am unable to take tramadol it gives me bad side-effects.
Do love tiger balm ultra works great to keep my knees cool. About the only thing that relieves my knee pain is ice though can not walk around with it all day need alternatives tiger balm is that for me.
