Hi CarolClontz, I tried the Plant based arnica it did soothe the stiffens in my knees though didn't last long. It's kinda of expensive for the short term relief.
Need to try Frankincense still looking for it...I am unable to take tramadol it gives me bad side-effects.
Do love tiger balm ultra works great to keep my knees cool. About the only thing that relieves my knee pain is ice though can not walk around with it all day need alternatives tiger balm is that for me.

I have osteoarthritis and on tramadol and muscle relaxer plus gabapentin for it . I was told not really anything can be done except pain management.
You know of something else to let me know. Take care

G'DAY JG. HAPPY NEW YEAR to u and IAN hope u both had a good Xmas hopefully together. I find that using HIGH CURCUMIN PERCENTAGE (95%) TURMERIC PILLS help hugely alongside my chemical painkillers. CURCUMIN is the pain killing ingredient in turmeric. Also soaking ur feet in hot water with fresh grated ginger and fresh or dried lavender flowers and cinnamon will really help too. Another good thing to try is drinking organic cider vinegar diluted in a little hot water and honey cos the acid in cider vinegar breaks down the crystals in joints that cause arthritis and TIGER BALM is another good painkiller too!
