Stress affects your immune system. If your pain doesn't affect your stress, then you're fine! 🤣🤣

Chronic Pain is stressful. Stress affects our health and and immune system. Make sure your blood work is up to date with all the necessary panels. Take care of your health even though it seems pointless. It isn't. It will help you posibly heal more and enjoy life more. If someone is sick, I would hope they would respect your situation. But, also don't stay home in fear... you have one life, enjoy it the best you can. I know... "enjoy"? Our language is not the normal language, but we know what we mean. I think we all have to ask ourselves "what are we willing for"? And ignore what anyone thinks! ;)

I can't say from a professional opinion. But how can it not? The body is trying to deal with the pain and can't do everything. They always say that when you have been working hard or go through stress is when you catch a cold. That is why sleep is so important!! Hugs and relief to all💜
