Okay, pull up a chair! lol.
TBI, Traumatic Brain Injury
RSD, Dystonia, Neuropathy, Epstein Barr Virus, CMV Virus and Lupus. (www.hhv6-foundation.org is the research on viruses). I've overcome most, and if the stress is down, I do well. Sleep Apnea, Seizures, Strokes, Brain Bleed. Fall expert (I should teach lessons along with other experts here! ha. Fatigue with a Capital F! Then mistakes happened, (which is why being educated is necessary) and I started over again. Exposure to a bad Neurotoxin and Sepsis almost got me again. But doing better (my "better"). I had excellent treatment for TBI, and the others that can take your life so therefore, I can hide it fairly well. Enough to be asked to write, video and speak for the medical community. But I was in the medical community. I know my attitude is part of healing. That is difficult, but I find it interesting to research (www.pubmed.com) and have a healthy lifestyle. Lifestyle? 😆 But keep a sense of humor and I'm my best entertainment.

Yes, I do get down. I do get depressed. I'm tired of this life, but as someone said in another post - acceptance is not giving up, but accepting life and doing the best you can. I hardly remember what it is was like to have a real life, but I make the best I can out of this one. And it stinks at times. Be honest with yourself, have a good cry. Making a plan for myself, seems to help after the cry!
