Frank, I am also very much alone. I do have my kitty but often she is not enough. Loneliness can be as devastating as the pain itself for when I do have a good day there is. No one to share that with either. Keep strong, get angry even and treat yourself as good as you can. Love yourself and let your Higher Power in.

I know that the chronic pain makes loneliness even worse darlin' ~ but I can promise to you that our Lord God holds you tighter than the air around you and I pray that He show you this truth and allow you to experience His everpresence.
