I am trying to clean (my last question), and I am just aggravated by people who say do yoga and stuff. I don't make it halfway through the hour-long sessions, guys. However, it is supposed to help my fibromyalgia. I answered a question about hydrocodone, which is junky and did nothing for me, but neither did Porceset (sp) or even morphine. I was going to pool also but driving there changing clothes and reverse tooka good 3 hours a day and dont really have time. condition has worsened and I am now taking care of husband.

Someone said the benefits of yoga were very good. I believe that, but the hour-long sessions at a place I have to drive to when I do 10 minutes or so are more discouraging than trying to exercise in general. Never mind swimming, with the shower before I go, the shower when I get there, the 10 minutes I was spending in there, and reversing the whole process. It's easier to take a shower at home and jam to the Old School/oldies, lol.
