@A MyChronicPainTeam Member no sweetie you are not alone, I am sure many people on here have the same thing. When my husband gets a sciatic flare he can barely move. I try to walk it off as much as possible and I bought this band on Amazon that goes under the knee of the side you are having a flare and it does help some. Stay well.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member yes I get chronic pain from sciatica so does my husband. It can be so crippling.
