I agree with you. I have an appointment with my oncologist next month to see if I need to add another pill or shot because the pill I take everyday to keep my cancer from coming back has caused me to have osteoporosis. I am so sick of taking something else to alleviate the side effects from the other meds I take. Enough is enough. I need something a little stronger for pain....NOPE! "Their hands are tied" I take Advil and Tylenol 3 times a day and they tell me I am going to kill my liver and kidneys! What the heck! Sorry, a little touchy about this subject. 🤭Darlene

Hi Darlene 💗.so sorry you can't get pain pills you need.i were on lyrica.when I had to stop them because of kidney problems..I were in the most terrifying.withdrawal symptoms.7 days shaking.sweating dizzy oh my lord it hurt me inside. I'm in UK our drs hands are tied just as your city.take care 💗

Sadly, they don't always know.
Certainly most want you to think they do, but the subject has become far too vast for any one individual. I've been working with 3 Drs for years and now I'm adding a fourth! Granted I'm an odd duck in suffering so many different things, but also some needed discovery before they could treat anything directly. Most of my last 20 yrs have been about covering symptoms, just to keep me going physically. Jesus keeps me going in all ways, tho' physically keeps going down...
Still, I wouldn't be here at all without Him.

May they "figure out" all that's wrong and fix that, no longer needing "cover up" remedies!
