One day of fun, costs me two days for recovery.

The best exercise for me (I have sciatica into my foot) is swimming. I fI do a lot of leg and hip exercises in the pool right before going to sleep, it will help with my pain, but I sometimes have more pain the next day. But I feel that I need to keep active so that I don't lose the muscles and strength that I have now. I really wish there was effective medication for sciatica and nerve pain.
