Wow, that's awesome-good for you! 🙂 I have Celiac so gluten free is the only diet modification I strictly adhere to. I'd love to hear some of your tips, though!
@A MyChronicPainTeam Member hello to you from Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast in Subtropical Queensland and I had a different perspective about my diet and my lifestyle and exercise when I turned 80 about 2 years ago and now I’m much happier than before and healthier too and I lost 16 kilos between my Bone Density test 2 years ago and my current test.
I have reversed my Diabetes type2 and it’s in remission and I reversed the lack of Vitamin B12 (my energy vitamin and I don’t need to take any medication for Diabetes type2 nor have a B12 injection every 3 months.
Also I radically changed my diet to 3 healthy meals a day and I cut out ice cream, cake and no chips and dips between meals.
Also I got out and walked more for exercise. The weight fell off and I got to 60 kg and my doctor told me not to lose any more weight. I am wearing 4 clothes sizes smaller now and I’m sleeping better now too!
You can also do it!!
I’m happy to share some tips on my food and cooking methods
Hugs from Judyxx
