Wondering if it’s normal to feel terrible and fatigued all the time.

To be honest, if you ask the question, it will indicate that it is not normal. There are literally dozens of things that can make you feel that way, from vitamin deficiency, depression, to an underlying illness and the list goes on and on. Discuss with a doctor to determine the cause? IMHO

I know polycystic kidney disease is a gene mutation or defect. Painful. But being active is beneficial. Kind of hard when you feel fatigued. I have plain cysts. No biggie. But my right kidney is swollen. Hydronephrosis. It also has stones. I know it hurts me often so your condition must hurt a lot. I'm sorry. 💓 That alone would make you tired.
