Personally, injections stopped helping once herniation occurred. There seems to be some disagreement as to whether these injections can accelerate herniation. Something to talk over with probably more than one Dr or specialist.

Yes it helps a lot , but it does not cure you. But it does reduce the swelling and gets you out of pain. You need to remember it will be great so take care and don’t over do. You still have your problems but I had one in November and I will do it again.
