I had that Sophie and could not find anyone to help me with it.........until I found a new doctor who knows her stuff! I received facet injections directly into the sacroiliac joints and wallah!!!! The pain went away and has not returned! I cannot sit for long periods of time or I end up in bad pain in my bum but the severe pain I was having that didn't even allow me to sit up at all is gone!!! I recommend looking into this.

I'm working on helping my pain at the SI joint - just had an injection yesterday to help the pain. We'll see if it's working after a couple of days. Can be really dibilitating when it fires up!
