I will keep it stupid, simple. Sometimes I just take a long shower to regain automatisms, and all the bad energy is transfered elsewhere. Whatever the mood, even if I'm under heavy medication, I go straight outside going for a city walk locating all those rumination that are crystalizing in the BODY.
One thing that could help is also massage with special GEL but without anti inflammatory, choose herbal solutions.

It sounds like a pinched nerve
But I. Not a doctor. I have just been through everything.
