My pain is all over my body but worse in my hips at night.

I pray when I go to bed (and at various times during the day). That helps me to relax enough to fall asleep. If my pain is intense, I use an ice pack and listen to devotionals. Meds do not help me. Bless you.

I use a tens machine which is great but can’t sleep with it on. I’ve pretty much come of pain meds and manage my pain with heat and cold treatments, meditation and mindfulness. I also use a wedge pillow to raise my knees which seems to relieve the hip pain slightly. Not for everyone but since I’ve acknowledged the pain I feel much better. Got to add I had terrible side effects with the pain meds, so it’s the better of 2 evils being off them.

Try meditation, it relaxes your body and helps.
