Helen, do you do any stretching exercises to stay limber and flexible? How about a STEM to relax the muscles in your back? Just a couple of thoughts.

Hi Helen. I too have osteoporosis and spinal fractures. I get numbness and pins and needles in my left foot, and pain down both legs, due to sciatica. I am on Pregabalin which helps most of the time, but I still get flare ups. I hope this is of some help. Anne.
