I would really appreciate any thoughts or ideas regarding how to reduce , or even stop back spasms
I have suffered from back pain/ spasms for nearly 2 years. The lower back pain can sometimes be bearable, but the violent, body jerking spasms are so exhausting and debilitating

Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for your reply.
After consulting with my GP, it was agreed I would try morphine patches, occasionally topped up with Oxycodone.
I only applied my first patch yesterday, so too early to assess it’s effectiveness.
Upon initially applying the patch, I felt light headed, almost euphoric, experienced some tingling, then fell asleep for two hours.
