I am on duloxetine have been since 2019 It helps me with my depression and anixity plus it also helps with nerve pain

Thank you to all…. If you don’t mind clarifying please, do you take duloxetine alone or with other pain meds? And, if you take other meds too, can you take them at the same time? My specialist suggested taking both duloxetine and Gabapentin while my PCP said the duloxetine would replace the Gabapentin. Which way has been best for you all?

I take it. No side effects. It relieves depression in chronic pain people but you need to time when you take it with you pain med. I take it at 10am and then start pain med at 1. Otherwise it metabolizes the pain med. Insurance pays very little for it.
