CRPS is like no other pain. Cold laser, vagus nerve stimulation, mindfulness, movement, any past trauma you might have - seek to make peace with that, meditation, Opiates can take the edge off but won't calm the nerves, Gabapentin has many side effects and didn't solve the issue for me. I have a neuro-stimulator and that helps and have had an intrathecal pain pump and that wasn't the course for me.

Gabapentin, high dose. It helps greatly with nerve pain but it does take about two months before you start noticing results.

I’ve been taking morphine for 30 years now. Also taking pregablin which helps quite a bit. I was on fentanyl for years but got off it and also lowered my morphine by 400 mg a day. Medical marijuana has also helped, not the hard breakthrough pain you get, but the steady electrical pulses and other pain that’s always there. Helps take your mind off the pain sometimes. That and prayers.

Keep breathing. I take Baclofen 20mg 3 20mg 3 times a day & gabapantin 800mg 4 times a day. It doesn't work for everyone. It works about 80%-85% of the time on a good day for me. I cannot imagine not having it even on a bad day.
