Naproxen we have been told that this tablet is not good for the heart and to stop taking it. Is this true.
I had to stop taking after a number of years use as now have chronic gastritis, possibly cause was not always good at following the instructions on how to take them!!
Can it be used to treat pain from chronic diseases? I have multiple sclerosis. My doctors suggested aleve until my liver started not doing well. Would this med be recommended for migraines or pain from muscle spasms?
This is an NSAID. It is very effective for pain control. However, it is not recommended for long term use. Its sister drug, Mobic, is what is recommended long term.
I have inoperable myleomalacia in my neck. They say 18-24 months and I will be paralyzed from neck down. I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt or is dealing with this.

This is a question I must answer, as I feel it helps docs understand their patient. If you want (no names will be included) if you want to use one or so words to describe "yourself". It might be - Lonely, Abandoned, Content when I can, etc... So instead of saying Blue eyes, blonde hair, etc... you are describing the YOU with Chronic Pain. Yes, I have Hemophilia and I'll get joint bleeds if i take NSAIDs. I'm NOT supposed to take them at all!
