Hi Ive just made the BIG mistake of insisting on going to what we have in Scotland called a Pain Management clinic
On my first visit I was basically made to feel like a fake and in less pain than I actually am . I will not go into that side of it too much .

I take CBD gummies along with pain meds and it does help. Also a mix of CBD and CBN. Makes me a bit fuzzy, but helps.

Does Anyone Else Have Bertolotti Syndrome On Here?

I was diagnosed with Bertolotti Syndrome in April 2022 after a sciatica attack that prompted an MRI. I was told that it's congenital and about 4% of the population is diagnosed with it. Just wondering if anyone else is in that 4% with me.

I have had RFA done on my lumbar spine and my neck. I wish it were a permanent fix but the pain does come back because your nerves grow back.

Hello, I have had 5 previous back surgeries with fusions. I recently got a knee replacement 12/18/17. I am now having terrible back muscle spasms and sciatic nerve pain.
