I have permanent sciatica due to degenerative discs , calcification of tendons, non healing fractures both feet , chronic anxiety and acute separation anxiety relating to grief and a sleeping disorder that leads to black outs due to deprivation. My pain doc wants me to try a nerve block on my back. I'm willing to try anything at this point. If you've had it done, is it painful? Does it hurt? I have DDD, stenosis,and L-4 and L-5 are herniated. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I am a women from 47 years of age and i had a endometriisis surgery because of a frozen pelvic.
After a mounth i couldn t sit or bicycle anymore because of the pain seisures started behind my tailbone.

I am on the waitlist for cervical spine Radiofrequency Neurotomy. I had a C4-C5 cervical spine surgery with iliac bone fusion in Sept 2019. It did not resolve the pain, it worsened the pain and further decreased range of motion. I also had a fusion at L4-L5 in 2002, and lumbo-sacral tarlov cysts removed in 2021 (since grew back). Just wondering if anyone has had a nerve block and did it work?
I have Meralgia Parastheica and getting flares on a weekly basis which I am finding hard to cope with. I plan on approaching my GP about it and will not take no for an answer.

I hate getting up at 5 from pain or coughing or something, but I hate it less than trying to get back up at 8/9 AM to "start" the day and keep from taking a nap. Don't we need naps? We can't sleep well because we are in pain. Why can't we get a job that has irregular hours instead of trying for fewer hours? I tried looking for that WFH, but I don't have the required skills to work at my own darn pace, just when I'm semi-awake.
