I am on the waitlist for cervical spine Radiofrequency Neurotomy. I had a C4-C5 cervical spine surgery with iliac bone fusion in Sept 2019. It did not resolve the pain, it worsened the pain and further decreased range of motion. I also had a fusion at L4-L5 in 2002, and lumbo-sacral tarlov cysts removed in 2021 (since grew back). I have advanced OA (cervical spine greatly affected), tarlov cysts, and Myofascial Syndrome. For those that had the procedure done, what was your experience and… read more
The procedure was performed last Monday, it is now Friday. There is no difference in pain - actually worse. The pain is currently at an 8 (greater than usual 6-7). I also read it can take a couple… read more
I’m at my wits end. Having tried literally everything there is and I’m now going to enquire with a neurosurgeon about this radio frequency treatment.

I would like to be off pain medication. I want to be able to sleep properly without medication. I want to rejoin society in a productive way and thus need a way of balancing my life and my pain.
Thank you, Tasha. I do use lavender pillow spray 💜

I was curious if anyone knew or had success with a dentist in the LA area who treated TMJ? Thank you!
Thanks very much! I appreciate all this helpful info and advice. And yes indeed I have had some relief recently with acupuncture and chiropractic work. All my best.
Does anyone have a massage therapist who they would recommend in the Los Angeles area (preferably in the valley) for severe chronic pain due to cervicothoracic neuromuscular spasms? Preferably someone affiliated with a medical clinic/who can bill to insurance, but any and all recommendations are appreciated!
You may have to try out a few before you find the perfect one~ How's it going?
I just posted the same question. It's Kratom

I have unrelenting arthritis in my neck and shoulders, pain is almost unbearable from 3am to 10am. I take 75mg of Diclofenac sodium delayed release tablets twice a day but still have unbearable pain mostly in the mornings. The pain lessens as the day goes by but never completely subsides. It’s very hard to live like this, the pain fatigues me so. I’m 73 and a polio survivor.
