Disclaimer.. I am not a doctor just my own guinea pig and can't recommend anything. Always check with your doctor 1st before taking a new supplement. I don't know if this interacts with ssris or antidepressant as this supplement helps with depression.
I am starting it tomorrow as I'm always using myself as a guinea pig lol. I've tried so many alternative treatments and supplements out of pocket. I saw many good reviews and articles about it. Surprisingly I never heard of it before until a week… read more

My Dr. is talking about putting in a pain pump & changing me from nortiptolene to gabapantin. All would be used in combination with the spinal cord stimulator. Please understand that my body is the exception not the rule. I suffer from crps in my back, left lower leg (just below knee), & in my left foot. I have had 7 surgeries on my leg/foot already. I have to go see a cardiovascular surgeon on the 30th. I have decreased circulation in my leg/foot. Also, my foot has a purple tint to it. Worst… read more

May I ask why you prefer opiates or would you be interested in finding out information about other methods?
So I'm just wondering if I can buy or get on prescription entonox or also known as gas and air for home. I've noted it's brilliant for when my pain is at it's height and I am really stuck. I would like that minus the hospital visit.
Any advice is a help. Thankyou for reading ❤

I’ve been on pain meds off and on from 21 to mid 30’s since I had received approx. 20+ surgeries in that time. Then 20 years ago ruptured L-4 and L-5, L-5 S-1. Pain was unbearable . I’ve been on them straight since then , Oct 21st at 1:10 pm ,1997. You don’t forget the date that changed your life. I’ve been treated like a drug seeker all my life on meds. Once and awhile you’ll find a dr who knows pain… read more

Hey everyone, just curious - has anyone here transitioned to a remote job or a job that's easier on your body due to your chronic pain? If so, what has your experience been like? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is it OK to just stop taking it? The VA cancelled my script with no explanation. Help!!
