WA STATE TESTIMONY NEEDED! Looking for others in WA state who have had their opioid medication reduced or taken away since the CDC guidelines. Bill 1427 passed the WA Senate, and although some parts are good, their is a requirement for our DOH Medical Quality Assurance Commission to adopt new opioid prescribing rules by Jan. 2019. I believe Claudia Merandi is our best bet at getting real change implemented... she has already crafted legislation in one state to benefit pain pts.... she is ah-may-zing♡

I don’t know what to do. My old doctor of 8 years prescribed medication which was effective in treating my symptoms, but since I moved my new doctor won’t prescribe the same meds. I’ve she’s put me on a bunch of new meds which only made things much worse and even though I’ve explained to her how the new meds doesn’t work but only make things 10 x worse she just won’t prescribe the stuff that works. 😖
