I have osteoarthritis. Yesterday my GP prescribed 2 x 75mg pregabalin for pain relief. I have only taken
Has anyone been prescribed pregabalin for pain relief.
Yes, I take pregablin
I went to the doctors about 2 weeks ago now and found that I can now get "Pregabalin" through my doctor not a specialist order.
The last time I tried Pregabalin it was through my specialist and I needed a special authority number this could take weeks or even months, this resulted in me going through tremendous painful and agonizing withdrawals because it just took too long to go through all of the right channels. (3 months it took! I was told only a week or two)

My medical doctor wants me to see a neurologist and pain management and was wondering if anyone knows of a doctor that does both that is somewhere in southeast Michigan. At this point I am willing to travel to get some relief from a botched back surgery that left me worse off than I was before. Went to ER a couple weeks ago because I was afraid I had another blood clot in my leg but they ruled that out and said it is more likely more nerve damage. I just want to feel normal again what ever that… read more

I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, amongst other things, but I'm in the process of changing over from an antidepressant that I've been taking for 27 years, for anxiety and depression. Im changing from Clomipramine to Duloxetine because Duloxetine, as well as being an antidepressant, apparently helps with chronic pain. I wondered if anyone on here has experience of either, changing over, and/or taking Duloxetine? I'd appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you.
I was on it for 5 years but unfortunate side effect was 10 kidney stones😩
