Does anyone experience severe Charlie horses

Does anyone experience severe Charlie horses

I get severe Charlie horses in just about every part of my body. The worst ones are on both of my sides and rib cage right under my breast. Just a slight turn either way or leaning forward in the sitting position triggers them. They are extremely pain that they sometimes take my breath away. I also get them in my hands, feet, legs etc. But the ones in the side are the worst. Does anyone else deal with this issue? If so do you know the cause and if theirs anything to… read more

I would recommend that you have a blood draw for an electrolyte profile. Put the places that you've indicated that you're having these are unusual.

Does anyone know the procedure for getting a service animal?

Does anyone know the procedure for getting a service animal?

I live alone and have for the last 4 years. I'm lonesome and in dire need of companionship and having another soul to care for would lift my spirits and sense of purpose mightily. I would like a beagle or lab service dog. I'm 6'6" and labs can be physical to handle at times. That's why a beagle might be better. I had a dog before my divorce and he stayed with my son. Even though I raised him from a 2 week old pup and bottle fed him every 4 hours for 6… read more

Humming in my head

Humming in my head

I have fibromyalgia and had breast cancer last year. I have had for the past 3 days a strange humming in my head. Sometimes it sounds like a buzz. It gets louder when I move, turn my head. I am also sweating way more than usual. I feel like crap. Anyone else have this?

Allergic to steroids????

Allergic to steroids????

What do you do if you are allergic to steroids? The last time I had a steroid shot, I turned all red and got very itchy. I tried to take prednisone and it made it worse. Since then, I cannot take any steroids at all. Some of my doctors can't believe I'm allergic, but I get this reaction every time I try to use them. I even had a reaction to an asthma inhaler that had a steroid in it. HELP??? What do I do for my back pain, my bursitis, etc.

What next??

What next??

So after years of various pain meds at various strengths my body has decided to react against anything more than paracetamol . So my GP tells me all they can offer me Graded exercise programme and nothing else.
I’m already fairly active and have lost 2 stone in weight (1 more to go).following a modified diet. I try not to stress about the pain and try hard to keep things normal but sometimes it’s really hard. My son suggested cannabis.
Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions for me please

I've done cannabis for my pain in my head it does work with amounts of CBD and alittle THC but it made me really tired.
