Ive tried about everything, amitriptyline, forecet, effexor, propanlol, toradol, naproxen, and botox.

i've seen patches sold online, but also noticed ointments made of lidocaine used to numb for tattoos or piercings. has anyone used the ointment to numb nerve pain? how long would a 1 oz tube last? what is your experience? Is it worth the cost? I'm in pain because of switching from one generic topamax to another. Does anyone else have experience with this or something similar?

I am hoping to find support with people suffering from this horrible issue as well.
It would be tremendous to be able to speak with people who get it!!! Not have to explain it and feel like people either think you are exaggerating or whining!!!
I've dealt with this for 11 years and have never once spoken to another person who suffers from this.

I've had Stellite Ganglion Blocks, Lidocaine Patches, Fentanyl, Methadone, Norco, Morphine, Cymbalta, Lyrica, Cortisone, Valium, Zanaflex, Protonix, Wellbutrin and the one thing that worked but no one will pay for because it's $1100.00 for a 30 day supply is Exalgo. Not all at once but a lot at a time. HELP!!! I hurt so bad!!!! 😡

Hi, I have been on Lyrica for about 6 months and have put on about 12 kgs. The problem is it is mostly around my middle section and added to the chronic pain it is getting me down. Has anyone else experienced weight gain while on Lyrica and how do you combat it. Really need to be able to lose some of this weight as the extra kgs are making my back pain worse.

I have been told I’m on the only medication available to treat neuropathy. I currently take lyrica, cymbalta and generic tegretol. Does anyone know of any stronger or more successful treatments?
