How Do People Deal With The Continual Fatigue Issue .
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am suffering with more Fatigue then anything else at the moment and it's causing arguments within the home as I'm bad tempered with it I don't want to be but my wife seems to think I can stop being snappy by the flick of a switch doesn't understand it's not that easy when your so fatigued you don't want to move .

Is it classed as chronic fatigue? You can get medicines to help if it is but alas no cure

Yes people don't give much sympathy and think you are making it up. My son has this and at first I was very unkind to him and thought he was trying to dodge doing anything then I had to accept it is an illness blood tests say your body is fighting itself. Medication helps be not cure

I am so tired all the time that I can fall asleep sitting up! You might also try doing a sleep study if blood work doesn't show anything. That's what I'm about to do.
