I don't know because I take Vitamin D daily. It is prescribed by my doctor. I have been on it so long I don't know what it is like to not be on it.

I was diagnosed with Vit D defincency. Take 10,000 u. every day. No change in pain levels

My pain clinic Dr said it can definitely cause muscle and bone pain if your deficient, taking 4000 iu a day, will post if it helps
