I believe this is a question I'm always wanting to ask, since I just began treatment for fibro over a year ago, and I'm still in the process of switching and juggling medications. I'd love to know what's working for people and what isn't, and offer answers to any questions about my personal experience and what has helped my pain and depression. Answers can be anything that has helped you (yoga, sports, routines, having pets, etc.), not limited to medications.

Members shared a wide range of treatments they've found helpful for fibromyalgia, with medications like Cymbalta, Lyrica, Gabapentin, and Tramadol being commonly mentioned alongside their varying effectiveness and side effects. Several members described non-pharmaceutical approaches that brought relief, including CBD and THC products, hot baths, massage therapy, burdock root and natural sprays for lymphatic drainage, magnesium supplements, and low-dose naltrexone (LDN) which helped restore mental clarity for one member. A recurring theme was the deeply personal nature of finding what works, with members emphasizing the importance of persistence, self-advocacy with doctors, and balancing quality of life against medication side effects, while also acknowledging the exhausting trial-and-error process of managing chronic pain.

Results RNA also has sprays for infections, yeast, heavy metals, Lyme Disease.. People are having good results. Fibromyalgia can have at least 50 different diseases associated with it. So I am told.

I am now taking a CBD oil and some natural health sprays that are helping me. Pain is lowered, no more fibro fog, no migraines, helps my anxiety and depression levels as well.

I was afraid to try it but I am glad I did.

I've tried several things in this fibro manual also (I love books and videos made by DOCTORS WITH FIBRO), some of the treatment methods or tools are temporarily helpful, but overall it's a treatment guide to help you improve your symptoms over time, possibly permanently. https://www.amazon.com/FibroManual-Complete-Fib...(Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)&sr=8-1&keywords=fibromyalgia+guide
