Good Morning! Does anyone use this supplement for pain? I have read so much lately about it being "Wonderful", so I thought I would ask on here.
Thanks in advance!!

Members shared mixed experiences when asked about using turmeric curcumin for pain relief, with several reporting it did not help their back pain or osteoarthritis, while a few found success, particularly one member who made tea from organic turmeric root with pepper and coconut oil and experienced relief from hand pain. Several members mentioned practical considerations, including that the supplement may help with digestive issues and general wellness even if it doesn't address pain, though some experienced stomach upset that led them to discontinue use. A recurring theme was the individual variability in response, with members encouraging the original poster to try it themselves since results differ widely from person to person.

Once I bought the organic tumeric root and made a tea with pepper and coconut oil in it. I drank it before bed. My hands didn't hurt in the morning. I was impressed. I tried with the powder and it didn't work.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Tumeric Carcumin worked well for me. I really liked it at first but it started upsetting my stomach so I stopped. Try it. My husband continues to use it with success.

They don’t help totally but they are important as a part of your overall treatment! Please don’t stop! Their mode of action is important!
