Did you work with an attorney when you applied for Disability? After managing a plaintiff Personal Injury firm for nearly 30 years, and knowing the day will come for me as well when I will have to apply, I wouldn't try to navigate the Social Security system on my own. Sometimes the decisions by the Administrative Law Judges just make no sense in terms of who is awarded benefits and who is denied. It's important to have your medical records in order. An attorney will help you prepare for your Hearing so that you know what questions to expect and how to answer them clearly and concisely. I don't mean to sound like a commercial, but I've seen many people who were clearly disabled be denied, and seen others with equal disabilities awarded benefits. Sometimes, the Judge might just be in a bad mood! I don't know if any of this is helpful in any way. I've worked on many, many Disability claims and the only thing I'm certain of is that I wouldn't attempt it on my own. even with years of experience.

LisaFulks i am going to therapist, orthopedic surgeon,Nerouglist, and besides that i go to pain doctor. And if that fails going to foot doctor. Had 2 injections in my Thoracic spine last month. Going to have injection in my Cervical spine. I also sent my MRI Results to the Laser Spine institute. Good luck on your journey

My hearing is next week i just finally got them to take an x-ray of my lower back which i have been asking for a really long time which i have had 2 MRI's on my neck i have told them for the past 3 year's that i needed an x-ray of my lower back cause of the stabbing pain in lower back and for the last 8 month's i have had tingling and numbness in my leg's and feet and hurt's really bad to walk
