There is a book called the Anti-inflammation diet and cookbook by Jessica Black that helps you cut out the foods that cause inflammation.

I almost never get a chance to eat at work but I try and have a protein drink at some point in the day. I also don’t always remember to stay hydrated so I put s sticky note on my puter to drink some water. Don’t do red meat but like white chicken meat and occasional fish Need to improve my intake of fresh vegetables and fruit. I do usually have the old faithful “apple a day.” Don’t know how long since I have eaten junk food. Looks and smells disgusting at this point!

I actually eat lots of sugar , my body would probably shut down if i stop , my younger brother says sugar makes him tired, me , it does not make me tired , nor make me hyper, i have always eaten lots of sugar , i try to cut it down and i start having problems, but apart from that , i eat pretty healthy. I have never even had the slightest start to get fat, or even gain weight , for my legs to not hurt more , i must stay skinny, so i have programmed myself to remain like this without even trying , and i do eat what i want ,whenever i want. We are not all the same in some ways , but in others yes. But as Elizabeth says , if you dont know whats in it , dont eat it. Specially people with allergies. I have the pleasure of having no food allergies, to my knowledge anyway, and i have tried many many things. So i guess, i am no help here for this problem. Take care

Mrfourx1, that is all you can do, is your best. Do not fret over the rest , just brings your pain lvls up. Go slowely but surely up. I have had super chronlc pain in my lumbar for 21 yrs aprox, and like a lot of people on here, have had to try to figure out by ourselves. And true that when pain is too high , cuts hunger , as it has been a while since i have had big flare, i really do forget what it was like so i have to relive to remember. I have an excellent memory so it is pretty quik, but i dont really like going to that place. But as you will find out , one chronic pain , usually brings on another. Because of the way you move , sit , sleep, walk, stand etc...and by the way you think and act, i know most people do not believe that your heart has a lot to do with your general health, but if you look it up you will find that who you are defines your pain.him/her that has a bitter heart will tend to suffer more than others but they are too proud to let it show, and take it out on others unfortunately, as it is them they blame.
