Members warmly exchanged greetings and connected over the shared frustration of receiving duplicate or delayed post notifications from the community platform. Several members offered practical solutions, including adjusting email notification settings through the three gray lines menu, clearing notifications manually, and understanding that comments often arrive late when different people respond to older questions at different times. A recurring theme was the spirit of mutual support and patience as members learned the platform together, with many expressing gratitude for the help and sharing their own confusion with the site's features.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, I find that sometimes the posts also are duplicates along the thread of the question. Nothing you can do about that. If you are looking for your tam members, and not answers to your questions, go to the upper right corner and find the 3 gray lines that are in the shape of a box and click on that. You can go through your notifications, or just clear them and go to the main activity page. Or your team page where everyone is listed.

Don’t know if I’ve given you anything new to work with, but I’ll try when I can!
Have a blessed day!

Under the 3 gray lines you will see, my profile, under your profile you will see a place to mark all of your emails that you have already read, and responded too. This will stop all duplication of emails. Hugs

I believe it happens when someone answers. Different people answer at different times. They may not be on here until a while after a question is asked. So when they see it and want to give an answer to help it could be later than a few days. So you get notifications for this question later than you expect. Just what I have found happening.

Go to those 3 gray lines & click. You'll see Settings if you scroll down. Under settings is an email section. You can turn some notifications off so you dont get so many emails.
