I learned to rest to get the pain level down instead of trying to keep doing things while in pain. I often take a nap and when I wake up the pain is usually reduced. That way I have learned to be more patient and not worry what others think about me. I hope this helps.
Willemein First I have read alot of the answers, but mine is something before the pain started. Take care of your body inside and out. Don't try to be a Superman and don't be stupid if you are lifting or moving something that you know it's to heavy for you. Always ask for help or wait till you have help. Please think about your Body and the consequences that will happen, I should have used my Brain and not my back.
