Lidocaine helps numb the anus/ rectum. Definitely helps fissures and the burning. When did this all start ? Have you been seen by many doctors. What are they doing for you. If you are not happy with your doctors and diagnosis go to Specialist and or University Med Centers where they have the newest and latest education, diagnostics, treatment and more. I use Lidocaine jelly 2.5 % on my anus and it does help with the unGodly burning I have. Also use the 5 %. On my muscles and it also does help. I like CBD ointment better though.
