Some things to think about. It's ok to be angry, but you need to come up with a next step, where you turn that anger into something that serves you, rather than something that has a further negative effect on your health.

Yes, you wait on this waiting list and that waiting list till your exhausted with waiting!! Then you find a doctor that listens and they retire or move!!! OMG YES TOTALLY HEAR YOU!!!
Oh you live in CANADA AND YOU GET YOUR STUFF FREE RIGHT!! 🤬 I am trying to stop swearing! Out of Frustration once and a while you let one slip(🤬). I found a pain doctor that recognized that I have had this issue with degeneration in my discs for 20 years and now they can do something with it!! So don’t take no from someone who can’t give you the right answer in the first place!! It’s your body and your health!!👵🙏🐺⚡️💯🇨🇦
