Does anyone have a massage therapist who they would recommend in the Los Angeles area (preferably in the valley) for severe chronic pain due to cervicothoracic neuromuscular spasms? Preferably someone affiliated with a medical clinic/who can bill to insurance, but any and all recommendations are appreciated!
