I've tried all the following already and still in severe pain-

Medications; Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Amitriptyline, Duloxetine, Fluoxetine, Naproxen, Codeine, Dihydrocodeine, Co-codamol

Pain management rehabilitation program
TENS machine
Lidocaine infusion
Electric shocks / EMG stimulation
Crutches, Rollator, Braces

I take Dihydrocodeine to help me sleep, but I want to stop relying on it, and want to try anything to help the pain stop

I know it’s non pharmaceutical but I’ve found Pilates a game changer. My core is stronger and my posture massively improved. My pain better controlled. I have 2:1 sessions so my instructor adapts to my bodies needs and on bad days she doesn’t push too hard.
