I'm very glad you're doing better. The only supplement that helped me is magnesium oxide. I have minimal muscle pain in my neck, back, legs and feet and I can finally sleep at night. Before the magnesium, I was awake 24/7 and a complete wreck. Keep taking the magnesium and stay positive! Sending hugs.
My MAGNESIUM GLUCINATE costs me ,£8.99 for 120 capsules so its way cheaper than a drs prescription!
Does it say MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE on the label Judith? I tried normal magnesium first and they relaxed me but didn't do a thing for my sleep. Last week I bought some MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE from Amazon cos drs won't prescribe Magnesium or Magnesium GLYCINATE on the NHS but they're not expensive on Amazon anyway. The first night I took 2 magnesium GLYCINATE there was a noticeable difference I was a lot more relaxed, the 2nd night I took a magnesium GLYCINATE I was more relaxed and slept longer but as with any new supplement it takes a good 3wks to build up in your system before they become fully effective but believe me Judith Magnesium GLYCINATE is the one u need to be on if u want good sleep every night!
I didnt mean to say drug
Thank you all for your replies and the Magnesium my doctor prescribed is MagMin which is available over the counter but it is cheaper here on Prescription I Australia and it has definitely helped me to sleep better and more deeply than just taking the regular Magnesium supplements so I’m happy with it here is a picture of the bottle of magnesium and it includes the information on the bottle
