Is Kadian morphine really released over a 24 hr period????
At least all of you get pain meds that work. Please be thankful that you get that.

Do you feel astramorph works? & can your gp prescribe it, while you are awaiting to see a consultant and also waiting to be called surgery?
I had a rheumatologist that would prescribe morphine pill to be crushed into face cream he give you ten and they had to last for more than four months this was for pain he has retired now probably never find anyone like him again So to use it as a cream can that be very helpful with very server pain management
I'm a retired RN and have never heard of that.

Hi there I was taking amitriptyline but found it took my 'emotions' away re. Tears,memory problems etc so came of it & feel much better!
I have never heard of this drug for pain, is this drug allowed in Canada?
